Return Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return books purchased at www.battabooks.com in unused condition. Please contact other vendors directly to inquire about their return policies. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your book has a defect within the 30 days of purchase, we will send you a prepaid label to send it back within the US.

Returning your books within 30 days

We will send you a free return label for the defective book if you are in the US.

As soon as we receive your returned book, we will send you a discount code for you to order a new one on our website.  A pre-paid return label will also be sent to you.

Please include your order number in the subject or body of the email. Once your return or exchange is received, we will process the refund, or send you a new book, respectively.

Worldwide Shipping

We are excited to offer worldwide shipping! All duties, and taxes are included in shipping costs. Shipping costs will be estimated at checkout. Please be patient as worldwide shipping takes a bit longer!

Safety Testing / Batteries

All raw materials comply with safety testing certificates such as. ASTM, EN71, CHCC and RoHS. 

The Arabic Nursery Rhymes Sound Book comes with (3) AG10 batteries, secured internally with a screw to ensure safety for our tiniest readers!
